WHY FIRST VISITS ARE DIFFERENT

New clients naturally need more time. Additionally, returning client’s who have not have not been back to the salon in the last 12 months (or more); just need more time. After a decade of being open it’s taken a long time to refine the booking process. This ensures we have time to talk, and it’s not going over into an existing clients appointment time. Let’s slow it down and do it right.

Timing is everything- not because things are complicated-because clarity matters.

• Hair assessment

• Look at your scalp health
